PRODUCTS
1/ IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER LIMIT FOR EACH ITEM?
Most products do not require a minimum purchase! DesignerGreek2 (DG2) will fulfill your order large or small.
2/ DOES DESIGNERGREEK2 HAVE A CATALOG?
DG2 does not have a catalog at this time. If you have any questions regarding the products we offer please reach out via email!
3/ WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO DETERMINE APPAREL SIZES?
Unless specified, the apparel is unisex. Sizing charts are typically available on each product page. Chest and Body Length are the most important to consider. Chest is typically measured from armpit to armpit and Body Length is measured from the top of the garment to the bottom.
If you are at all unsure about sizing please contact our team. Remember, DG2 cannot accept returns or exchanges if your greek apparel does not fit.
4/ I LOVE YOUR PRODUCTS & DESIGNS, BUT YOU DON'T HAVE EXACTLY WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR?
Chances are we can source what you have your heart set on! Shoot us an email and we'll do our best to track it down. And we design custom artwork all day long so that won't be a problem.
5/ DOES DESIGNERGREEK2 CARRY YOUTH SIZES?
Yes! Although Youth sizes are not available on the website just yet, we do carry them. Please send us an email and we'll hook you up!
ORDERS
1/ HOW WILL I KNOW THAT YOU'VE RECEIVED MY ORDER?
Once items have been ordered, a confirmation page will show a summary of your transaction. You may choose to print this for your records. Additionally, an email version of this summary will be sent, provided that we have an accurate email address.
2/ WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY ORDER?
Because all items are custom printed, once an order has been processed and manufacturing has begun, it becomes final. If the order has been processed but manufacturing has not commenced, and you would like to cancel, there will be a 20% restocking fee for the amount of that item. Otherwise, if the order has not yet been processed (usually within 4 hours) cancellations can be made by emailing sales@designergreek2.com. In addition to all other charges, a $3 transaction fee will be incurred for all cancelled and refunded orders.
3/ WHAT IF I NEED TO CHANGE MY ORDER?
Because all items are made to order, once an order has been processed and manufacturing has begun, changes are not possible. If the order has not yet been processed (usually within 3 hours) changes can be made by emailing sales@designergreek2.com. Be sure to reference your order number in the subject line.
4/ IF I ORDER MULTIPLE ITEMS, WILL THEY SHIP TOGETHER?
Sometimes! And if not, you will receive unique tracking numbers for each package.
DELIVERY
1/ WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Factors such as quantity, product type, and time of year contribute to arrival times. Generally items ship within 1.5 weeks of placing your order!
2/ WHERE SHOULD I HAVE MY PACKAGE SENT IF I AM GOING ON BREAK?
DG2 encourages you to use your permanent/home address as the shipping address for orders placed during or after Thanksgiving, prior to Spring Break, and when you know that no one will be available to accept the package. If you are unsure of delivery times please contact sales@designergreek2.com and we'll provide you with an estimated delivery date so that you may enter the appropriate shipping address.
3/ WHAT IF NO ONE WAS AVAILABLE TO ACCEPT MY PACKAGE AND IT WAS RETURNED TO DESIGNERGREEK2?
DesignerGreek2 encourages you to use your permanent/home address as the shipping address for orders placed during or after Thanksgiving, prior to Spring Break, and when you know that no one will be available to accept the package. FedEx will attempt to deliver a package(s) for three consecutive business days. If no response is received, your package will be returned to DG2 and you will be charged to reship your order. USPS will hold your package at your local postal office for approximately one week before it is returned to DG2. Again, DesignerGreek is not responsible for any costs incurred to reship your order.
4/ WHAT IF THE SHIPPING ADDRESS I PROVIDED IS INCORRECT OR MISSING INFORMATION AND MY ORDER IS RETURNED TO DESIGNERGREEK2?
If the shipping address provided is incorrect or missing information and your order is returned to DesignerGreek2, you will be responsible for the second delivery payment as our shipping carriers do not offer complimentary reshipping.
5/ WHAT IF I DON’T RECEIVE MY ORDER AFTER IT IS SHIPPED?
DesignerGreek assumes no responsibility for delays or losses resulting from the negligence of the carrier, strikes, weather conditions, power failures or other acts of nature. DesignerGreek will not reimburse or discount your credit card if an item is lost during delivery. Rather, DesignerGreek will contact the shipping company immediately in an attempt to find the package. If the package cannot be found, DesignerGreek will file a claim with the shipping company and take appropriate steps at that time.
If you shipping address has an apartment number or dorm room, be sure to include it in the ship to address. Do not assume that the carrier will find your residence if any information is missing from the shipping label.
RETURNS
1/ WHAT IF I AM MISSING AN ITEM, SOMETHING IS DAMAGED WHEN I RECEIVE IT, OR MY ORDER WAS FILLED INCORRECTLY?
All orders should be opened and inspected upon arrival. Shortages, incorrect orders, or damaged items due to shipping or manufacturer defects should be reported to DesignerGreek2 within 5 days of package delivery. If you believe that DG2 filled your order incorrectly, please first check your order confirmation e-mail sent to you containing your order summary. Please do not return items to DG2 without first receiving a Return Authorization number.

DesignerGreek2 accepts returns for non-custom items within 7 days of delivery. Please email sales@designergreek2.com and reference your order number in the subject line to begin the return process

1/ I DON'T SEE MY ORGANIZATION. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If you don't see your organization in the SORORITY or FRATERNITY drop-down menu, be sure to do a general search. If you still can't find what you're looking for or an't find anything related to your org, send us an email and we'll prioritize your group's designs and products.
2/ DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS ON GROUP ORDERS?
Yes! Please contact us via e-mail with the product type and quantity you need and we'll send discounted pricing over.
3/ DO YOU OFFER CUSTOM DESIGNS?
We sure do! Just e-mail us the design and product specifics and we'll get to work.
